Breaking Free Summer Camp is a 4 week intensive academic
and arts program that offers a comprehensive and
personalized academic plan for students falling behind in
school. In addition to individual tutoring for students in need,
Breaking Free also provides campers the opportunity to reach grade level requirements or above in reading, math, writing and comprehension. The camp is taught by local public school teachers. We also follow the sunshine state standards in academics. This camp is also faith based offering a morning worship jam session with a bible study, sports, cooking classes, computer and demonstrations by the local fire department and more. Breakfast and Lunch are provided daily. If you are interested in helping a child in need to attend the camp, please contact Michelle at 239-693-2345. Each summer, we sponsor over 50 children with more always on a waiting list to attend. Breaking Free began in 2005. Since then we have tutored over 300 students, with a 88% success rate in meeting grade level requirements.
